Work with your real estate agent to send us: the contract; Buyer/Seller’s contact information (phone number and email address); the existing survey of the property (if applicable); HOA contact information (if applicable); lender name and contact (if applicable); and any other documents pertaining to the transaction.
There are three ways a buyer can make the deposit (1) they can bring a check into either of our two offices, (2) we can send a request through our Earnnest App (so they can pay by ACH transfer, there is a $24.00 service fee), or (3) they can wire the funds directly to our bank.
The title insurance premium is set by state law (through the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation). Those premiums are based on the purchase price of the property. Our standard closing fee charge is $595 and our standard title search charge is $80 plus $130 for the municipal lien search charge. Please note that Harper Title may charge additional fees for services and incidental costs for out-of-pocket expenses for the transaction.
Therefore, please call our office at 850-435-4435 for a precise quote. Thank you!
